Shipping policy

Shipping cost

Orders of $65 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $65 have a flat shipping fee of $5.95. All subscription orders ship free, including every recurring delivery.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During launches or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered by USPS, usually within 2 to 4 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days after purchase. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, weather or holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status from your account.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order is already being prepared and the address can't be updated.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged or never arrives, see our Return and Refund Policy. We'll send a replacement or a refund once the claim is approved.
