How Subscribe & Save works

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree that HaleRush will automatically ship your selected product at the delivery frequency shown on the product page and at checkout, and automatically charge the subscription price, plus any applicable taxes, to the payment method you provided, on each renewal date until you cancel.

Your delivery frequency depends on the product and the number of tubs you choose, so each shipment lasts until the next one arrives. The exact price and frequency are shown before you complete your purchase and in your subscription confirmation email.

Free shipping on subscriptions

Every subscription order, including each recurring delivery, ships free within the United States.

Price changes

Your subscription price stays the same unless we notify you otherwise. If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 7 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

Skip, pause or change your subscription

You can skip a delivery, pause, change your delivery frequency or update your payment method at any time from your account (Account > Subscriptions).

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, online, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Go to Account > Subscriptions, select your subscription and click Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges and shipments. If you need help, you can also contact us through our contact form.

A renewal order that was already charged before you cancelled will still be processed and shipped. It can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being charged, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll try to charge your payment method again and let you know by email. If the payment can't be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
